What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a holistic treatment based on the theory that
there are "reflex" areas on the foot that correspond to every area of the body. Applying pressure through a compression massage to these areas stimulates the related body regions or organs to promote healing. The treatment improves circulation, assists in detoxing the body, restores balance, reduces stress, & promotes relaxation. Today reflexology is used as a therapeutic treatment for a full range of conditions including: back pain, sports injuries, migraines, arthritis & hormone imbalance. It is not, however, a cure for severe medical conditions or diseases.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction & relaxation that promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that unseen "life energy" flows through us. Reiki treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind & spirit.
A treatment can be done in person or through a distant healing. Sandra lends her intuitive gifts to the healing session.
What is an Ionic Foot Bath Detox?
If one is feeling fatigued, tired or sluggish, experiencing stress, poor diet
or lack of exercise, the ionic foot bath will cleanse cells by removing
toxins & heavy metals from they body. It will re-balance the positive
& negative ions to assist with better absorption of nutrients. The ionic
foot bath has a patented electrode system where ions travel through
the body by way of powerful osmotic pressure, pulling those
neutralized particles out of the body through the feet. One treatment is
very beneficial, but for optimal results a series of treatments
is recommended, based on a clients individual need for detoxification.
